Carolyn Ingledue
Licensed Massage and Certified Sound Therapist

Committed to Health
With over 20 years in the field, Carolyn is considered an expert, providing elite standards in her practice. Since graduating from the Swedish Institute in Manhattan, Carolyn has honed her skills, gained experience and developed a personal approach to massage. Working with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors and Acupuncturists, she has been mentored by the best in the business in sports injury and post op rehabilitation. Seeking education with innovators of the wellness industry, Carolyn received her prenatal certification from the pioneer of body work for expecting women, Susan Rachel Condon. Her Infant and Pediatric certifications were earned from the groundbreaking practitioner Tina Allen of Liddle Kidz Foundation. Armed with the knowledge to treat families and a mother herself, she understands family challenges and happily educates parents on how to integrate healing touch and massage into a daily lifestyle. Now, as her own parents age, Carolyn has turned her attention and continuing education efforts towards the aging population and their needs.
Certified in Kita Sound Healing by inventor and designer Keiichiro Kita himself, Carolyn was an integral team member who provided Sound Therapy to 9/11 first responders and residents who lived in downtown Manhattan during the 2001 attacks. This work provided insight on how ancient remedies of sound and vibration can usher the body into a healing state and support the immune system after trauma, or intense periods of stress and anxiety. A firm believer that massage is for everyone, Carolyn strives to bring compassion and expertise to each client.
