Massage Therapy
Tailored to you
Carolyn will address your needs at intake and devise a plan of treatment
using a variety of modalities including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal and MLD. Whether you just want to pamper yourself or target an ongoing issue, Carolyn has the knowledge and experience to help you. Heat or cryotherapy techniques can be used if needed.
Simple solutions of chair massage, assisted stretching, and leg saver treatments are also available.
Self care is health care.

Sound Therapy
A gentle approach
Kita Sound Therapy uses melodic tones and vibrations to soothe the
nervous system by regulating the body's stress responses and promoting a state of rest and repair. No lotions or oils are used during sound therapy, but please wear comfortable clothing. Sound Therapy is an amazing option for those who suffer from trauma, anxiety, PTSD or have a compromised immune system. Full Kita Sound Therapy sessions are 45 minutes long, however, 20 minutes can be added to any massage service.

Because kids need care too
Certified in Pediatric massage, Carolyn can help your anxious student, overtired athlete, or repetitive stressed musician recover and perform their best. Parents do need to be present when working with children. Also an Infant Massage Teacher, Carolyn can help parents channel their bonding superpower by facilitating communication, improving sleep patterns, and supporting neuromuscular growth with daily massage practices. Infant Massage is the most accessible, efficient and effective parenting tool.
